Advanced mineral oil specially developed for use in single-stage and two-stage oil lubricated rotary vane pumps.

Synthetic oil S32X

Di-ester based oil for  vane, screw, piston and Roots vacuum pumps as well as for the compressors. S32X oil is a combination of high-quality synthetic ester base oils and specially developed additives.

 

Properties and advantages:

  • reduced number of oil changes compared to mineral oils,,
  • reduction of energy consumption,
  • excellent foaming control,
  • increased the durability and efficiency of the devices,,
  • improved water separation,
  • enhanced anti-corrosion properties,
  • significantly reduced risk of ignition due to the low tendency to form carbon sediments,
  • lowering the operating temperature through more efficient heat dissipation..

When using S32X oil, the achievable pressure measured in a two-stage pump is 5×10-2 mbar.

PAO based oil in accordance with NSF H1 approval for vacuum pumps and air compressors. SF32X is a food grade non-toxic oil developed for use in the food industry.

The achievable pressure, measured in the two-stage pump, is 5×10-2 mbar.

  • low friction coefficient ensures perfect lubrication and reduces wear,
  • extended durability,
  • broad temperature, chemical and oxidative stability,
  • extended maintenance intervals,
  • excellent foaming control,
  • advanced formula prevents varnishing at high temperatures,

  • inhibits the processes of rusting and oxidation.
